I had my first appointment for massage therapy yesterday, and could tell right away that Naomi was formally educated in the musculoskeletal system. She provided true deep-tissue massage and was focused on reading my response to certain areas causing issues. She provided me helpful information as well.
I left my appointment having learned new information and also felt understood, cared for and hopeful for relief from my aches and pains.

I even booked an appointment for PT with Kerry the very next morning! My visit was really great. Kerry made me feel comfortable and also cared for. He is very knowledgeable in exercises, equipment and even gave me recommendations for ways to improve my work station to make it ergonomic friendly for my specific ailments.

I have been dealing with a clicking hip joint for months. I thought maybe my muscle was weak and that by doing self guided physical therapy I could nurse my psoas muscle back to health! Well after several failed attempts I decided it was time to reach out for help and with my busy schedule oki sports and spinal seemed like the best option as they’re open weekends for the 9 to fivers like me.

Brent has cured months of clicking and tightness with just one adjustment. From a patient standpoint it felt amazing to just be heard and feel prioritize during the consultation but from a medical standpoint you can tell that he really applied the information he gained from listening and got the job done.

I will absolutely be coming back for more adjustments and I’m interested in trying the deep tissue massages and physical therapy as well.
